Our Homes Exceed the Quality of Common Construction
All common areas are fully wheelchair accessible. All flats in the Common House are either "fully accessible" or "adaptable" in accordance with ADA (American with Disabilities) standards. The townhouses are "visitable."
The walls and ceilings between flats and between common and private spaces aresound rated (Sound Transmission Class STC=56) to preserve acoustic privacy.
Our ventilation system utilize energy efficient quiet fans and adjustable fresh air inlets. It will ensure constant air exchanges to prevent indoor air pollution.
All spaces are wired with abundant electrical, telecommunication, and cable outlets. Living units are plumbed to accommodate central vacuum systems. An outdoor vacuum inlet can be used to vacuum cars.
Our kitchen contain "Armstrong Allwood" cabinets. These are cabinets of very high quality construction, with "Siena" solid birch wood doors and dovetailed wood drawers with undermount slides.
